Everything We Know About DJ Khaled's new album!

  DJ Khaled is dropping a new album this Friday! The album, titled, "Khaled Khaled" which is DJ Khaled, birth name is 13 tracks long. The album included features from: Justin Bieber, Lil Baby, Megan Thee Stallion, Jay Z, Nas and a few others!  One track that has caught the public's attention is track nine, titled Sorry Not Sorry. The song is featuring Nas, Jay Z, James Fauntleroy and Harmonies By The Hive. Many people speculate that this could Beyonce and her daughter Blue Ivy, who won Grammy awards earlier this year for their collabs. Which track are you looking most forward too? Gucci Mane is ALWAYS supporting female artists!

  If you've been following my blog for awhile, you may have noticed I am a HUGE female hip hop and rap fan! I adore women in hip hop and rap. I love everything about the style, the fiery lyrics and overall just the women empowerment in hip hop music.  The other evening, I was building a new playlist and something really stood out to me. I noticed that rapper Gucci Mane has several collaborations with female artist in hip hop. He always seems to support women in hip hop. Tez4Real Drops New Mixtape : Born 2 Win

  If you've been following my blog for awhile, you may remember my article on Artist To Watch Out For, where I interviewed Tez4Real . Tez4Real is an independent rap artist, originally  from Los Angeles, but now in Arkansas sharing his talents.  On April 4th, Tez dropped a new mixtape titled, Born 2 Win . The mixtape is 10 tracks long, including his debut single "Pretend" and "My Dawgs."  I was able to catch up with Tez and ask a few questions about the mixtape, where we discussed the title, his creative process and even where he records. First, I asked Tez where he got the name Born 2 Win, where he stated that it took him awhile to come up with the name. Originally, the tape was going to be called "Born 2 Win In Any Situation."  Tez definitely came through with the vibes on this tape, giving off a West Coast feel. Saweetie drops a new EP and Music Video!

  Earlier this week, I made a blog post about Saweetie's "Pretty Summer Playlist" dropping today. The EP is definitely filled with summer anthems!  My favorites off the EP include: Risky, Baby Mama Coochie, See Saw and Backseat.  Along with the release of the EP, Saweetie released a visual to the first track, Risky featuring Drakeo the Ruler.  Check it out below!

Pretty B*tch Summer Loading..

Saweetie is feeding Icy Gang! Last Friday, Saweetie released a new single alongside Gwen Stefani, titled, "Slow Clap", which also had a video.  Now, this Friday, April 16th, Saweetie is dropping a "Pretty Summer Playlist". Pretty Summer Playlist, which was set to release last Friday, but was pushed back  is 7 tracks long, featuring songs with Drakeo The Ruler, BbyAfrika, Kendra Jae and a few others!  Saweetie stated on Twitter that the playlists are a new tradition and she plans on sharing her platform with upcoming artists every summer! Since the announcement of Pretty Summer Playlist, Saweetie has been spotted filming music videos for the tracks "Risky" and "Baby Mama Coochie Remix"!  I look forward to release of this playlist. Bankroll Freddie's "Pop It" music video reaches 1 Million Views!

Last Friday, Bankroll Freddie released his brand new mixtape, "Big Bank". Big Bank, the 14 track long project, had some bangers and featured some of hip hop's biggest names, such as Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, Pnb Rock, and Megan Thee Stallion.  His song titled, "Pop It" featuring Megan Thee Stallion seems to have captured fans and is now the lead single of the mixtape. Bankroll Freddie and Megan Thee Stallion came together and made a poppin' down south twerk record. On Instagram, Bankroll claimed to have "the hardest" Megan Thee Stallion verse. Shortly after the album's release, the Arkansas native released the music video to "Pop It". The video reached #6 on Youtube's trending and gained 1 million views in one day. The video now has 1.8 million views and is steadily growing! Check the video out below!
